Absolutely. You can upload vaccination records, and Petsly will create a digital version that’s easy to view and share with vets or groomers. Please note this is not a legal replacement for a vaccination book but we will endevour to push for validation as soon as possible.
Yes - Petsly lets you set recurring reminders for things like flea treatments, deworming, checkups, and more.
Yes, you can log any past events, add notes, attach documents, and sort by type (checkup, treatment, surgery, etc.).
Ask Harry – AI Pet Assistant
Ask Harry is your in-app AI assistant. It can help answer common pet care questions, identify potential symptoms, and guide you on what to do next.
No. Ask Harry is designed to support, not replace, veterinary care. It offers helpful insights but isn’t a substitute for professional medical attention.
When you send a question to Harry you need to first select a pet profile, this then pulls all the pets relevant history into the thread (behind the scenes) so Harry can provide more specific insights.
Privacy & Data
Yes. Petsly uses trusted cloud services and encrypted storage. You control what’s shared and with whom.
Yes. You can choose to share specific details or vaccination cards with third parties like insurers, vets, or groomers. Note this is only for selected partners and we are actively growing the network. If you would like your insurer or vet added please let us know via email.
We retain your data for up to 3 years after deactivation, unless you request full deletion via email.
